There were 1039 May MLS residential sales in the G.T.A. that sold for $1.5 million or more, up from 2025's 1037 May sales, and the 6th highest number of May sales in all 17 recorded years since 2010. Of the 1039 sales, 254 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 101 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in May was $7,590,000. The sale was for a 6079 square feet detached two storey residence in the Bayview and York Mills area.  The home comes with five bedrooms, nine baths, a built-in garage for three cars, five additional parking spaces, and an inground pool.
