There were 800 September MLS residential sales in the G.T.A. that sold for $1.5 million or more, down from 2024's 801 September sales, and the 4th highest number of September sales in all 16 recorded years since 2010. Of the 800 sales, 77 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 90 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in September was $10,500,000.  The sale was for a two storey 4482 square feet condominium apartment in Rosedale.
