Of the 902 sales, 241 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 95 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in April was $7,880,000. The sale was for a stone two storey residence on a 106 by 186 feet lot in the York Mills and Bayview neighbourhood.
