There were 846 July MLS residential sales in the G.T.A. that sold for $1.5 million or more, down from 2024's 862 July sales, and the 5th highest number of July sales in all 16 recorded years since 2010. Of the 846 sales, 196 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 87 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in July was $9,850,000.
