There were 650 March MLS residential sales in the G.T.A. that sold for $1.5 million or more, down from 2025's 812 March sales, and the 8th highest number of March sales in all 17 recorded years since 2010. Of the 650 sales, 209 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 75 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in March was $8,800,000.  The sale was for a 5935 square feet brick two storey residence on a 110 feet by 119 feet lot in the Bridle Path area. The home comes with five bedrooms, nine baths, a built in garage for three cars, five additional parking spaces, and an indoor pool. The listing brokerage described the property - "an extraordinary estate. Custom built masterpiece by Keystone Group. Luxurious living space, thoughtfully designed for elevated family living and sophisticated entertaining." Other features include a built-in sound system, gas fire pit, home theatre, and elevator.
