There were 862 October MLS residential sales in the G.T.A. that sold for $1.5 million or more, down from 2024's 1108 October sales, and the 3rd highest number of October sales in all 16 recorded years since 2010. Of the 862 sales, 201 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 98 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in October was $12,500,000.  The sale was for a 4236 square feet condominium apartment with 1186 square feet terrace in south Rosedale.  The penthouse suite comes with three bedrooms and three car parking.  The listing brokerage described the property - "spectacular is simply an understatement.
