There were 1160 June MLS residential sales in the G.T.A. that sold for $1.5 million or more, down from 2023's 1534 June sales, and the third highest number of June sales in all 15 recorded years since 2010. Of the 1160 sales, 362 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 133 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in June was $15,500,000. The sale was for a brick two storey residence on a 224 feet by 365 feet lot in Toronto's Post Road/Bridle Path neighbourhood. The home comes with five bedrooms, ten baths, a four car garage, and twelve additional parking spaces. The listing brokerage described the property - "poised majestically on exclusive prized 2 acre estate, replendent home radiates aura of exclusivity through timeless elegance and stately sophistication." Other features include a grand two storey foyer, four fireplaces, a billiards room, gym, a nanny suite, swimming pool, and tennis court.
