There were 618 Febuary MLS residential sales in the G.T.A. that sold for $1.5 million or more, up from 2025's 559 February sales, and the 7th highest number of February sales in all 17 recorded years since 2010. Of the 618 sales, 153 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 56 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in February was $14,200,000.  The sale was for a 8860 square feet stone and brick two storey residence on a 110 feet by 273 feet lot in the Yorkview/Bayview area. The home comes with five bedrooms, ten baths, a built in garage for seven cars, sixteen additional parking spaces, and an inground pool.
