There were 1158 March MLS residential sales in the G.T.A. that sold for $1.5 million or more, up from 2023's 1155 March sales, and the fourth highest number of March sales in all 15 recorded years since 2010. Of the 1158 sales, 353 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 96 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in March was $9,418,550. The sale was for a stone two storey residence on a 138 feet by 344 feet lot in Mississauga.
