There were 677 November MLS residential sales in the G.T.A. that sold for $1.5 million or more, down from 2024's 930 November sales, and the 5th highest number of November sales in all 16 recorded years since 2010. Of the 677 sales, 198 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 95 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in November was $13,450,000.  The sale was for a 22,000 square feet stone and stucco two storey residence on a 154 feet by 437 feet lot in King City. The home comes with six bedrooms, six baths, an attached garage for ten cars, fifteen additional parking spaces, and an indoor pool.  The listing brokerage described the property - "French chateau transitional estate, located in the exclusive Narrows of Kingcross Estates, epitomizes grandeur and elegance. Other features include a private regulation tennis court, a 24 feet high grand foyer, heated floors throughout, and fully automated smart home technology.
