There were 837 April MLS residential sales in the G.T.A. that sold for $1.5 million or more, down from 2025's 902 April sales, and the 7th highest number of April sales in all 17 recorded years since 2010. Of the 837 sales, 151 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 80 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in April was $15,405,000.  The sale was for a 7078 square feet condominium penthouse apartment in Toronto's Annex neighbourhood. The apartment comes with three bedrooms, eight baths, and four parking spaces. The listing brokerage described the property -"the pinnacle of luxury living. Occupying the entire floor of an intimate botique condominium building in Yorkville. Fabulous panofamic views in every direction. Balconies and terraces from every room. Every detail has been meticulously curated and finished to the highest conceivable standard." Other features include two direct elevators, heated stone floors, smart home automation, wine lounge, and a separate one bedroom guest suite accessed through a private elevator.
