There were 1009 June MLS residential sales in the G.T.A. that sold for $1.5 million or more, up from 2025's 997 June sales, and the 6th highest number of June sales in all 17 recorded years since 2010. Of the 1009 sales, 234 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 115 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in June was $16,300,000. The sale was for a 15,500 square feet detached two storey brick and stone residence in the Post Road and Bayview area.  The home comes with five bedrooms, eleven baths, an attached garage for four cars, twelve additional parking spaces, and an inground pool.  The listing brokerage described the property - "grand palatial custom residence on a sun-rich south facing gated cul-de-sac lot in the prestigious Bridle Path.  Built by renowned SKR Homes. The pinnacle of luxury living." Other features include a wine cellar, games room, cigar lounge, fitness center, massage room, sauna, private nanny quarters, and a detached guest house.
